I think Moms can write a testimonial. Rob flew in for his brother\'s wedding and the mobile home park had installed internet for us. BUT it was not working for us. It took Rob 45 min and now all us old folks have free internet. This is saving me $55 a month and how proud I am to have the others in park comment of my son. My G5 mac received updated operational system from a panther 10.39 to a leopard 10.5 and more memory from 512 to 1 gig.
I stopped in on a Tuesday morning to ask Rob if he worked on Macs. His answer was yes, so later that day I brought in my 5 year old g5 that was in need of some updating and tender loving care. Rob took 2 days to research operating systems and install leopard 10.5 plus more memory in my mac. I have had my computer back for about 2 weeks and I am extremely please with it. Thanks Rob you did a great job and I thought your cost was very reasonable.

We have purchased two computers and two printers. Thank goodness for in home service and on line service. We had purchased a new computer from Rob in February for my husband, Kevin. Rob took time while setting up his computer to look at my old system that had some hiccups. I want to say that I have never bought a computer where home setup was part of the service. That is one of only many of the services I like. In the past I would be on hold for an hour waiting for a tech and hoping that I could understand the tech and what the tech wanted me to do. The story goes on. My computers hiccups were because my system was at the end of its journey and thank goodness when it took its last breath Rob was able to save all the business info I had on it. He and Hacker did a great job of bringing that program back to life. They installed Crossloop on my new system and when I clicked the wrong tab and sent all my word files into a limbo that I couldn't find my way out of, I called Rob and he connected to my computer and I was back in business in no time. I give his service 5 stars.
